Terms of Service

The ground rules for using MapBooker.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of mapbooker.co and the MapBooker features made available through it. “MapBooker,” “we,” and “us” refer to MapBooker.co, the operator of this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

If you use MapBooker for a business or another organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. These terms do not take away rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. MapBooker’s services

MapBooker.co provides a booking button on Google listings and booking management services, helping businesses connect customers with their booking process and manage appointments.

The features available to a business depend on the services it uses and the third-party platforms involved. Google controls its own listings and platform features. MapBooker does not guarantee that a booking button will always be displayed or that any listing, appointment, provider, or third-party service will remain available or accurate.

3. Your account and responsibilities

If an account is offered, provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your login credentials. Use only accounts you are authorized to access. Tell us through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are responsible for information you submit and for making sure you have permission to share it. Business representatives must be authorized to act for the business or provider they identify.

4. Acceptable use

Use MapBooker lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent a business, listing, or appointment.
  • Submit false, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.
  • Send spam, upload malicious code, or interfere with the website.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or bypass access restrictions.
  • Collect personal information without authorization or misuse another person’s information.
  • Make fraudulent requests or use automated activity that disrupts the service.

5. Third parties, listings, and integrations

Where MapBooker displays third-party information, links, listings, or integrations, those third parties control their own services and terms. A link or listing alone is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality, accuracy, licensing, or suitability.

Third-party content may be incomplete or out of date. Check important details directly with the provider. Review the terms and privacy practices of any platform you visit or connect to; MapBooker’s terms do not replace them.

6. Appointments and booking links

If a feature lets you request an appointment or follow a booking link, submitting a request or clicking a link does not by itself confirm a booking. Rely on confirmation from the provider or the platform handling the appointment.

Providers control their schedules, services, eligibility requirements, and availability. Confirm the location, time zone, price, and cancellation requirements directly. Redirects can stop working and appointment slots can change or become unavailable. Contact the responsible provider or booking platform about rescheduling, cancellations, or the service itself.

7. Fees and payments

If you purchase paid MapBooker services, the fees, billing schedule, and any subscription, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms are those disclosed in the applicable offer or service agreement you accept, subject to applicable law. Contact us through our contact form with questions about an offer or a charge.

Where a third-party provider charges for an appointment or service, its disclosed payment, cancellation, and refund terms apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law. These terms do not create a MapBooker subscription or authorize a charge. Any paid MapBooker offer must state its applicable terms before purchase.

8. Intellectual property

MapBooker’s branding, website design, and original content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the website for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

You retain rights in content you submit. You give MapBooker permission to use that content only as reasonably needed to handle your request or provide the feature for which you submitted it.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that third-party information, providers, or appointments will remain available.

You should independently assess whether a provider or service meets your needs. Nothing here excludes a warranty or protection that the law requires.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MapBooker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, including lost profits, opportunities, or data.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MapBooker against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms. This does not require you to cover losses caused by MapBooker’s own unlawful conduct.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason. You may stop using the website at any time.

Ending access does not cancel a separate appointment or agreement with a third party. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property and liability provisions, continue to apply.

13. Changes to the service or terms

We may update, replace, or discontinue website features. We may also revise these terms and update the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement. Revised terms apply prospectively, subject to any notice required by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, disputes arising from these terms or use of MapBooker’s services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. Nothing in this provision limits consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Contact and privacy

For questions about these terms, use MapBooker’s existing Contact page and include “Terms of Service” in your message.

For service or booking-management assistance, use our contact form. Include the affected business or listing URL and a description of the issue. Please do not include passwords or payment details.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about how the website handles personal information.
