Accessibility Statement
Help us make MapBooker easier to use.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Our commitment
MapBooker is committed to making its website more accessible and useful to people with a range of abilities, devices, and ways of browsing. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome feedback about barriers you encounter.
How we approach accessibility
As the website develops, our aim is to consider accessibility when adding content and reviewing reported issues. Priorities include:
- Clear headings, readable text, and useful link descriptions.
- Layouts that adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text.
- Forms with understandable labels and error messages.
- Keyboard use, visible focus, and compatibility with assistive technology.
- Appropriate text alternatives for meaningful images.
These priorities describe our approach, rather than a guarantee that every part of the website currently meets them. We do not claim accessibility certification or complete conformance with a particular standard.
Report an accessibility barrier
Please use the existing MapBooker Contact page to report a problem, and begin your message with “Accessibility.” Include whichever details you are comfortable sharing:
- The address of the page or listing you were using.
- What you were trying to do and the problem you encountered.
- Your device, operating system, and browser, including versions if known.
- Any assistive technology you used, such as a screen reader or voice control.
- A way to contact you and your preferred format for assistance.
You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. Please do not include passwords or payment information.
Alternative contact awaiting confirmation: [SUPPORT EMAIL — TO BE CONFIRMED]. A direct email alternative to the contact form has not yet been verified.
Alternative assistance
If a feature or piece of content is difficult to use, describe the information or assistance you need and your preferred contact method. MapBooker will make reasonable efforts to provide information or help through an alternative method where practical. The available approach will depend on the request and the information involved.
Third-party content
External websites, booking tools, or other third-party features, where linked or used, may have different accessibility limitations. MapBooker does not control their design. You may report a difficulty to us, and you can also contact the relevant provider for help with its service.
Keeping this statement current
We may update this statement as the website and our accessibility efforts develop. The date above shows when it was last revised.
